How we research

Every page says how it was made and where its facts come from.

Updated September 2026

Every page, the same research

Every review, comparison, and guide is built from each company’s own pricing page and help documentation, checked on a date shown on the page, with sources linked.

Where I run the software in my own business, the page is labeled I use this and adds what research can’t: my rating, what happened when I set it up, and screenshots from my account.

Where the facts come from

  • Prices and plans come from each company’s own pricing page. Pages show the date they were checked, and list prices are shown before promotions.
  • Features and setup steps come from the company’s help center and product docs, linked on the page.
  • When a page sums up what owners say, it links the review sites it drew from.
  • When two official sources disagree, the page says so instead of picking the better-looking number.

How pages stay current

Researched pages are assembled with software that collects facts from these sources, then checked against them before they’re published. Prices are rechecked regularly, and every page shows when it was last updated.

Screens and images

Screens drawn on this site are recreations with example data and are labeled that way. Screenshots from my own accounts are labeled as mine. Photos are of my business and crew, used with their permission.

Money and recommendations

Some links pay a referral fee. That never changes a rating or a recommendation, and pages point to other products when they’re a better fit. The disclosure page lists which links pay.
