For me, yes. Quo shows how the team is doing, like who’s answering and how fast, and its AI gives feedback on how we handle calls. My port finished at the low end of their estimate, and support during the switch was excellent. It can cost a little more than Grasshopper for a small team, but my Grasshopper port dragged on for months and never went through.
Yes. OpenPhone renamed itself Quo. Same app, same plans, and existing OpenPhone accounts carried over.
$15/user on Starter, $23/user on Business, and $35/user on Scale, billed yearly. Month to month, it’s $19, $33, and $47 per user.
Yes, 7 days, and you can cancel anytime. Quo sends a reminder before the trial ends.
Texting US and Canadian numbers is unlimited on every plan, but carriers require registration first: $19.50 once, plus $1.50 to $3 a month.
Usually. Quo Starter is $15/user. Google Voice Starter is $10/user, but it also needs a Google Workspace plan from $7/user.
Yes. Quo ports it for free, and you keep using your old service until the move finishes. Mine finished at the low end of their estimate.
Yes. Sona answers calls around the clock on every plan, with 1,000 credits a month included, about 10 calls. Extra credits cost more.
